A mumbling birdbrain named Aaron Peskin who lies to people, and whose main claim to fame is the Parrot Law?
While the Paris of the West Coast has been turned into a civic urinal, look what San Francisco has a mayor, a lethargic, dummy who cannot keep his zipper up.
A proud city is now a wasteland of political incompetence and bad judgement.
Peskin should be proud of the ruins.
